• Text-to-image generations based on non-harmful prompts

All content must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. Restricted Content (Conditional Use)

Content permitted only if lawful, consensual, and non-exploitative:

• Mild image retouching or cosmetic enhancement
• Artistic or stylized AI-generated portraits
• Face replacement or face swap content with proper rights and consent
• Images involving public figures for parody, satire, or educational purposes
• Stylized or abstract nudity that is clearly artistic and non-pornographic

The platform reserves the right to limit or refuse processing if content appears misleading, deceptive, or harmful.

3. Prohibited Content

3.1 Illegal or Harmful Content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors in sexualized contexts
• Terrorist propaganda or extremist content
• Content promoting violence, self-harm, or criminal activity
• Drug manufacturing or illegal substance promotion
• AI-generated content designed to facilitate real-world harm

3.2 Sexual & Explicit Content

• Pornographic or sexually explicit imagery (uploaded or AI-generated)
• Fetish content or sexually suggestive depictions intended for arousal
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated or deepfake pornography

3.3 Abuse, Hate & Harassment

• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation
• Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at individuals or groups
• Content promoting discrimination

3.4 Deceptive or Fraudulent Use

• Deepfakes or AI-generated images intended to mislead, defraud, or impersonate individuals
• Identity theft or misuse of another person's likeness without consent
• Political manipulation, election interference, or AI-assisted misinformation campaigns
• Generating fake IDs, official documents, or government credentials

4. Rights, Ownership & Consent

• Users must own or have lawful rights to all images uploaded
• Users are responsible for obtaining consent from individuals appearing in uploaded or generated images
• HeadshotsReady does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content
• HeadshotsReady may temporarily process content solely to provide requested AI services
• AI-generated outputs may be used by users for personal or commercial purposes

5. Enforcement & Moderation

HeadshotsReady reserves the right to:

• Automatically or manually review uploaded and AI-generated content
• Reject or remove violating content
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required

Violations may result in loss of access without refund.
